Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our freshly made cakes, puddings, and treats, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
Quality Guarantee
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that arrives damaged during shipping or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before preparation begins: Orders may be cancelled or modified
- Local orders: Must be cancelled at least 2 hours before preparation starts
- Shipped orders: Must be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order
- After preparation begins: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
